Who we are?
The origin of the name Called to Go is the phrase "I appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain" in John's Gospel chapter 15 verse 16. The main focus of our Ministry is the great commission or Missionary service. Our Ministry will go to deliver the Gospel to all human beings who have not received the Gospel in their language and will work in partnership with churches and other fellow Ministries in missionary works.
What We Do?
-
Nurturing with the Bible
Teaching one Bible story a week for one year to teach those who cannot read the Bible (Story tellers training)
Providing audio Bibles prepared on tape in different languages so that they can listen to the Bible in their own language, especially for those who cannot read and write -
Missionary Development
To pray and send believers who have studied the Bible in history for one year so that they can make others disciples after choosing a mission site and planting a church.
Recognizing those who have selected a mission site, made disciples and planted a church as church planters so that they fully enter into ministry.
-
Gospel through Media
By buying and presenting projectors to church planting coordinators or local churches so that they could show the community The Jesus Film prepared in their languages, enabling them to hear the gospel.
Preaching the gospel through traditional songs prepared in the local language, rhythm and tone
Our Background
Our Ministry has done large-scale evangelical works with the Lord's help in southern Ethiopia and Benishangul Gumuz regions in the past eight years before getting the name it is now called due to the good relationship it established with various evangelical Churches and ministries operating in the country and abroad.
In these eight years, many thousands have heard the Gospel and joined God's kingdom. Through the mission work, more than four hundred (400) missionaries have been trained and engaged in service. Twenty five (25) organized local Churches and four hundred forty eight 448 outpost Churches (Gospel Stations) have been planted by these missionaries.
